Who can forget Roark McMaster's pitch for £40k in October 2006. To be invested in his little green friend who had more than a passing resemblance to ... well, we better not say although it did leave all the Dragons in fits of laughter.
Roark was looking for the investment in exchange for up to 40% equity in Q-Top. The product itself - a green, ribbed funnel shape plastic cover - was designed to protect and preserve cucumbers and lemons better than cling film or tin foil. |

In October 2007, Polly Marsh and Helen Wooldridge brought their childrens bath-time product Cuddle Dry into the Den and asked the Dragons for £100,000 in return for a 15% stake in their baby bath towel range.
